Emilian Cojocaru is a partner in the corporate and M&A law department.
Having embarked on his career as a lawyer in 2009, his areas of expertise mainly cover corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, restructuring, private equity and joint ventures. In this capacity, he assists companies and individuals in all their projects relating to the company's life cycle in advisory and settlement matters.
Emilian has also acquired experience in tax law, enabling him to offer an integrated approach, particularly with regard to the reorganisation of companies or groups of companies.
He is a member of the Walloon Brabant Bar.
