Maxime Taminiau embarked on his career in October 2020 at the Brussels Bar before joining DWMC's employment and social security law team in September 2021.
Maxime's practice focuses mainly on individual labour law and social security law. In this respect, he assists his clients on a daily basis with advice, drafting contracts or policies and defending their interests in case of litigation.
He holds an LLM degree from the Catholic University of Louvain. During his studies, he spent a semester at the Pompeu Fabra University in Barcelona.
Maxime is also a researcher at the Centre for Public and Social Law of the Free University of Brussels.
He is a member of the Walloon Brabant Bar.
