Nicolas Tancredi is a partner in the employment law department.
He practises all aspects of human resources law in advisory and litigation matters. Nicolas advises companies and company directors on labour, tax and social security law. He is particularly interested in all issues relating to the international mobility of executives and the taxation of the remuneration of employees, executives and managers.
Nicolas is the author of several articles and books on labour law, individual taxation and social security. He regularly lectures on these topics.
He holds a law degree from the Catholic University of Louvain (2001) and an additional master degree in tax law from the Katholieke Universiteit Leuven (2004).
His working languages are French, Dutch and English.
Nicolas is a member of the Walloon Brabant and Brussels Bars.
