Olivier Willez is in charge of the tax practice.

Having embarked on his career in the field of taxation in 1999, his practice as a tax lawyer covers both tax advice and tax litigation. 

He deals with issues relating to direct taxes (corporate tax, personal tax, legal entity tax) and indirect taxes (VAT, registration tax and inheritance tax). 

His areas of expertise include national and international corporate and personal taxation, taxation and structuring of real estate transactions and financial products, estate planning, corporate restructuring, tax and legal structuring in private equity, corporate finance, M&A and MBO transactions as well as tax optimisation of intellectual property and innovation income. 

He is the author of various publications on tax matters and is a regular speaker at seminars and conferences on tax issues.

Olivier is a member of the Brussels Bar.
