DWMC (Dear Willez Masson & Costantini) is a law firm specialised in business law composed of 20 lawyers.

The main office is located in the business park of Louvain-la-Neuve (Axis Parc).

DWMC is willing to recruit a mid-level associate in corporate and commercial law for the team of Alain Costantini.

The candidate should have developed an interest for corporate & commercial law (drafting of contracts and advice to clients) and litigation: commercial litigation, corporate litigation (including M&A litigation) and litigation for distressed companies (judicial reorganizations and bankruptcies) 

Profile:

• A candidate with minimum 3 years of experience;
• With strong analytical legal skills, as evidenced by a strong academic record;
• Enthusiast, pragmatic and eager to provide assistance to clients in complex and significant matters;
• Entrepreneurial and willing to devote the necessary efforts to meet clients ‘expectations;
• Eager to integrate in a robust team while being able to work in an autonomous way ;
• Languages: French and English. A good command of Dutch is an asset.
