Laurent Masson is in charge of the commercial law department, as well as the intellectual property, IT and new technologies law department.
Laurent has 25 years of experience in commercial law, particularly in matters relating to distribution law and market practices.
Laurent has over the years also developed a broad expertise in intellectual property law, computer law and new technologies, e-commerce and personal data protection.
His experience in these different areas covers both advice and drafting of contracts, as well as litigation (national courts and arbitration).
Laurent is the author of various publications on commercial law and intellectual property law.
Laurent is a member of the Walloon Brabant and Brussels Bars.
