She focuses her practice on commercial law (commercial distribution, market practices and consumer protection), intellectual property law and IT law (e-commerce and data protection).
She assists and advises individuals and companies in all aspects relating to these matters, from the definition and implementation of the contractual framework of their activities (compliance and drafting of all types of contracts), to the representation and support of clients in proceedings before all courts or in arbitration.
