Stijn Splingard embarked on his career in October 2022 and works in the Corporate and M&A department.
His practice focuses on corporate law, M&A, commercial law, associations law, as well as insolvency law. In this respect, he advises clients (negotiation and drafting of share purchase agreements, asset deals, commercial contracts, etc.) and assists them in litigation matters, before courts and before arbitral tribunals.
He also advises clients of the firm for questions related to EU and Competition law, in close cooperation with Marina Stavropoulou, Head of the EU & Competition law practice.
Stijn is a member of the Walloon Brabant Bar.
