Press release - DWMC is pleased to announce the appointment of Marina Stavropoulou as Head of the EU and Competition law practice
Marina comes with 30 years of extensive experience in competition cases, namely obtained in her position of Head of the Legal Department and external Legal Counsel of the Hellenic Competition Commission for more than 13 years. She has been representing the Hellenic Competition Commission before the EU Institutions and OECD, as well as in the private sector, dealing with dawn raids and hearings before the European Commission and national authorities.
Her key expertise includes Competition law, Antitrust, Mergers, Distribution agreements, Regulatory policy, Compliance and State aid, with a robust track record in the Telecommunications, Energy, Food, Automotive and Financial sectors.
